In middle school I got a large styrofoam ball, cut it in half, and used clay for the organelles. Since you can’t use clay I would suggest using other random things like pipe cleaners. Have fun!
Fill a long balloon with water, add a large rubber band to the inside and call it finished. Since you are making a prokaryote, there will not be any organelles. The large rubber band represents the circular DNA. The outside of the balloon is the cell membrane and the fluid inside is the cytoplasm. you could snip off some very small pieces of Styrofoam to be the ribosomes of you want.
