Could I Use Corn Meal Instead of Flour?

no, corn meal won’t work,.. if you have corn starch. use that, otherwise you might want to go to the store and buy some flour

No. Flour and corn meal have a different chemical make up and will not behave the same. Best to go to the store and pick up some flour.
