how do you construct an arm model which can show the muscles flexing/ contracting?

i was gonna say elastic bands. 2 of em. when u bend the arm the top band gets smaller whilst the underneath one gets longer and visa versa
You don’t. Just leave it how it is and then you will get the perfect grade on it. Take my advice.
