How is NBCs Heroes “The Haitian” able to block every?

well evryone’s power has a main thing. like claire she can heal her self. but when the show goes on we find out she can do other things with her power like heal other people with her powers. we also find out from adam that she can live forever.
So, that means the hation probably evolve his power from taking peoples memory from other people then he can take other peoples power. Also mabe he always goes to the house to see if the windchimes are there. that is what I think thw hation does.
