How do I start my Knitting off?

Well I’m new to knitting, but I learned from this, it’ll take you through the steps of casting on:

Below is a youtube demo for casting on. There are many different ways of casting on but you find the one that you like and you will be on your way to knitting which BTW was first done by men.

click on cable cast on, 4th one from the top
Make a slip knot. Knit into it & put the stitch back on the left needle. Repeat as needed. When you have enough cast on, knit & take to the right needle. If you can knit, this is the easiest cast on, don’t overthink it.
