What are some good Christmas arts & crafts, activities, or recipes(cookies etc) for a 2 year old to help make?

A Gingerbread House would be really fun I think.

i’ve made these before, they’re really yummy and fun to make.
you could make a Christmas calendar with slots and let her color it and for every day it gets closer to Christmas you but different things in the slots..
(example: Dec. 1st put a star in the slot and get a children’s Christmas book and read a few pages. The next day read a few more pages and put something in slot two. Read a few pages a day until it gets to Dec. 25 and you finished the story with her. (maybe a night before Christmas or the 12 days of Christmas or anything with the holidays) )
Make homemade cookies (recipe on the back of Hersey’s chocolate chips) and let her pour in the ingredients that you measured.
Make rice crispy treats with homemade hot cocoa if you want the recipe just email me.
there is just a lot of different things you could do…i could type them all but it would take me all day.
