What are some good arts & crafts ideas that I can do with my 18 month old son?

He absolutely loves to color and draw pictures and I want to nurture his creativity without allowing him to get “bored” with crayons (if such a thing is possible). What are some other age appropriate things that we can do together?

My 16 month daughter loves to play with chalk outside and inside. We always go over the colors and shapes and we’ve been “coloring” for at least three months and she has yet to get bored.
I just introduced her to the crayola markers for toddlers and she loves them! They are a special grip for their little hands and they wash off of everything. We trace her hand and write her name.
I plan on starting finger painting soon.

My 20 month old daughter loves finger painting, gluing things onto paper (cut up paper, colored noodles, pictures cut from parents magazine, etc), playing with play dough and cookie cutters, we gather leaves and sticks and stuff from outside and making collages with them.

my two year old loves the markers that only color on the special paper this way she can run around with them and they dont get on anything, she also has one of those echesketch that is in a shape of a bus and plays sound. this way she can just push the eraser across and drawl some more. she likes to eat the crayons and color on my walls so i try none messy markers to be the best. side walk chalk is a good one too.
